Whole, live Dutch Spring Farm hog delivered to the processor. Naturally raised on pasture and in the woods, and fed a non-GMO, soy-free, and corn-free swine ration. No antibiotics, no hormones, no vaccines, and no medications. Buyer may choose their own processor within 75 miles of Atlanta, TX, or buyer may use one of Dutch Spring Farm's processing appointments with Panola County Processing (Carthage, TX) on August 24, 2026 or September 15, 2026. In either case, buyer is responsible for specifying butcher instructions, payment of processing costs, and pick up of packaged pork from the processor. Final amount due to Joe Thrash (Dutch Spring Farm) is based on the actual hanging weight as determined by the processor. Final amount = hanging weight x $6.75/pound - $350 deposit. Approximate expected hanging weight range will be 125 to 165 pounds.
